This only affects apps using KNotifications where there isn't really a way to relate the notifyrc name to a desktop entry, hence the need for this entry. All other apps are automatically treated as apps anyway. I don't understand why your Firefox shows up in system services, though. Are you using Suse or plasmazilla or something?
