This issue can be fixed faster than it takes to type any of the posts in this thread, change the 0.3 to 0.9 and it's done. Nevertheless it's been going on for years. 3. It was mentioned that this only had a couple of votes or something. It literally takes longer to count that couple of votes than to change a 3 to a 9. 4. A fix for this issue was posted some time ago. A good fix as shown on comments 14 and 27 above. 5.
