Hi,
Krita can't move or transform right after duplicating a layer (Ctrl+J). This
bug makes it difficult to duplicate quickly a painted part of the picture
(flowers, snow flake, textures patch) and duplicate/move it around.
Step to reproduce:

1. Open a new document, create a empty paint layer.
2. Paint a medium-sized dot on it.
3. Switch to the move tool (shortcut: T).
4. Duplicate your layer (Ctrl+J)
5. Try to move the new dot immediately.
Result:

Krita does nothing, if you repeat the drag action on canvas three times, it
will work at the third or fourth time. But it might be a timer, because it
works after waiting four good seconds too.
