I believe that this bug should have higher priority under KDE "Usability &
Productivity" initiative. It may be confusing to new users, and it's a quirk
which requires "learning around".

Take such scenario for example:
User encounters a bug and wants to report it. He/she then proceeds to open up
kinfocenter to copy relevant system information, then after clicking "copy to
clipboard in english" he/she proceeds to close that window.
Next that person goes to his/her browser to paste what has been copied.
Surprise, it doesn't work, and assuming that this person is not using keyboard
shortcuts, "paste" item on right click context menu is greyed out.
At this point manual action of selecting relevant snippet from klipper is
needed.
