STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply an effect (for example bezier curve) to a clip (drag and drop it from
effects to the clip-panel on the left (not to the timeline)), which is already
on the timeline
2. Change the effect (drag the curve)
OBSERVED RESULT
the changes are not shown in project-monitor (only in clip monitor)
EXPECTED RESULT
it would be nice, if the changes would also be shown in the project-monitor
