SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KMail
2. See useless HTML warning bar, even you do no care
3. Enable all html and external links/image options, because you want them, you
like them and you have 100 of spam and scam filters on.
4. See ugly bar anyway, even you do not care
5. Look for disable button, because it is very annoying
6. No disable button, forced to watch ugly HTML notice for entire life
..
