Can you get full debug logs of the Akonadi Server, please?
You can do so by starting Akonadi manually from the commandline:
akonadictl --verbose start
... (wait for a bit)
akonadictl stop
You can retrieve the full logfile from
~/.local/share/akonadi/akonadiserver.error
