SUMMARY I get 10 copies of SMS messages from my phone on my laptop screen with
latest plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. someone sends me a SMS

OBSERVED RESULT
I see 10 copies of the SMS on the plasma notification system
EXPECTED RESULT
One copy of the SMS on the plasma notification system

I can not figure out which KDE component is which version. Latest released
everything.
