This is not a support forum, this second issue has nothing to do with the first
report. you can reopen this bug report if the "Colorpicker preview shows black
preview" happens again and you have a file that causes the glitch.
The file you attached have an active selection on the file (probably a pixel
size selection or an offcanvas selection). Just deselect all and you will be
able to paint again.
