Bug ID: 409577 Summary: Clip drag and drop to timeline is buggy Product: kdenlive Version: 19.04.2 Platform: Manjaro OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: andr...@ubuntu.si Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 121366 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=121366&action=edit Drag and drop doesn't work properly Dear developers, the drag and drop function of clips from the project bin is extremely buggy. When timeline edit is set to "Normal mode", the program complains with "No available track for split operation", when the cursor enters the timeline area. Later, when the drop is performed and video/audio is split, it doesn't take cursor position into account (see screenshot). The only way where drag and drop a clip to the timeline behaves properly, is when you drag it outside the drop area. Additionally, when timeline edit is set to "Overwrite mode" or "Insert mode", the program crashes as soon as the clip enters the timeline area. Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0 Qt Version: 5.12.4 Best regards, Andrej -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
