Example of irregular shapes while using elliptical selection tool
SUMMARY
Since 4.2 version after making several elliptical selections it becomes
squarish and irregular.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use elliptical selection tool
2. Make at least 4 (add) selections
3. Observe

Irregular circles
