I can confirm this bug. This only happens on a fresh opened image, There is no
need to select an action.
4. right click
5. left click (or escape to hide menu) outside of menu
I can recover left-click inside Krita after calling the popup palette. Or by
selecting another application window and return to Krita. If selecting another
app window the bug dissapears.
