The brush size thing is a duplicate of bug 408331.
Regarding the brush that always paint in blue - it's because it's a very
special brush that you need a graphics tablet with tilt support for. If you
have such tablet and still get only blue color, please ask for support on the
Krita forum (https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=136) or Krita subreddit
(reddit.com/r/krita).
