There are a couple of things you can try:
Check tablet driver is correctly installed, and configured properly for krita:
check the quick solutions page for this

Another thing to try is to reset krita configuration (this is not deleted or
modified between installs):

aside from that could you give us more ino on your tablet model/driver?
