the lock/logout issue is fixed now from
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410350 and it will part of 0.9.1, until
then you can lock this applet to not use the parabolic effect and it will work.
In 0.9.1 this action wont be needed the lock/logout applet will work even with
parabolic effect enabled.
For the dock not appearing issue. You have enabled ShowTimer:500ms the show
timer works just fine now, meaning that the mouse must remain for 500ms at the
left edge until the dock to be shown. If you set it to 0ms it will be instant.
