Applets should follow panel thickness, the problem is, margins should only
increase panel thickness without changing widgets size. You control the size of
applets by increasing "panel size" setting and add space between applets and
panel border with "margin height" setting, that's what I meant.
I like that now we can control margins in latte-dock, but in 0.8 applets kept
their size when we enabled margins.
