SUMMARY
Kate's Capitalize feature (Tools->Capitalize) incorrectly capitalizes the
letter "s" after an apostrophe.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Type "Steve's"
3. Select the word
4. Tools->Capitalize
OBSERVED RESULT
"Steve's" is now "Steve'S"
EXPECTED RESULT
The letter "s" after an apostrophe should not be capitalized
