Lid closing does not lock screen with context menu on desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke desktop context menu
2. Close laptop's lid
3. Open lid
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen is not locked
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should be locked with no matter if the context menu is invoked or not if
locking is enabled
