Thanks for reporting this problem. I have tested this a few times with Dolphin
19.11.70 and it always worked. You also mentioned that creating files did work
for you after a reboot - therefore it is nearly impossible for us to debug the
cause for this issue. I'm going to close this bug report for now, but feel free
to reopen it if you ever encounter this bug again (preferably with
consistency).
