Can confirm, happens too on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Using Wacom Cintiq 13HD,
firmware version 6.3.35-3. Krita v4.2.5. It happens when the Cintiq Pen is used
and also with mouse when the the mouse click is released while dragging, on the
value scale and the color wheel. Works normally if the mouse pointer stands
still when released.
