SUMMARY
`kdesrc-build dolphin` fails on missing QT version.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Follow the setup steps here:
https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development
2. Run `kdesrc-build dolphin --include-dependencies`
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Failed on module `frameworkintegration`
2. Error: ```/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libAppStreamQt.so.0.12.6:
undefined reference to 'qt_version_tag@Qt_5.12'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status```
EXPECTED RESULT
1. no failures
2. Dolphin installs
