Hmm, nvm, my rejoice was too premature. I use 2 laptops (at home and at work),
and while at home upgrade fixed the problem, however it didn't help with the
one at work. The only difference is that at home I run KDE (with kwin-tiling
extension), while at work it's i3wm.
