Hi! I searched around and some layer styles are not fully finished
(https://phabricator.kde.org/T226, https://phabricator.kde.org/T219), and as
such some functions are not implemented yet, and so are grayed out. Im am not
sure if this is the case in this particular case, however as any contour
function is not implemented this indicates that also Gloss contour needs to be
implemented
I will set this as a wish.
