This, along with the message from the activity manager - "KActivities: Database
can not be opened in WAL mode. Check the SQLite version (required >3.7.0). And
whether your filesystem supports shared memory" - means you have problems with
your home directory, insufficient space, privileges, filesystem errors, or
something similar.

Or, is your home a network mount?

I'm marking this report as 'invalid' since it is a setup issue, but we should
get to the bottom of it nevertheless. So, please post anything else that you
can discover regarding your home directory.
