You need to disable the scripts in the amarok configuration files, see here for
instructions:
https://userbase.kde.org/Amarok/Manual/Various/TroubleshootingAndCommonProblems#Other_issues_and_backing_up_settings

FWIW: to add scripts you don't need to activate the script console.

and no, there is no script to use k3b from within Amarok, that wouldn't make
much sense. You can save playlists to disk and then burn it with k3b
