Can you please check the following:
1.) got to Extension settings chrome://extensions
2.) In the top right enable "Developer mode"
3.) On the plasma browser integration card there should be a "Check views:
background page" (or something like that), click on that
4.) A developer tools window should appear
5.) Go to the "Console" tab
6.) Now type the following, hit return and paste the output
chrome.runtime.getPlatformInfo(console.log)
It should be something like {arch: "x86-64", nacl_arch: "x86-64", os: "linux"}
