STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. search for "display confguration" KCM in the apps launcher and open it
3. set display scale factor (I use 1.2)
4. click 'Apply" button
5. open any Xwayland app (Firefox, gimp, inkscape, for example)
OBSERVED RESULT
the app looks blurry
EXPECTED RESULT
the app looks crisp
