The desktop before being affected by the bug
If there is a panel attached to the top of the screen and a grouping plasmoid
with something in it placed on the desktop; then any widgets placed between
them will change size away from the panel on boot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach a panel to the top of the screen
2. Place a Grouping Plasmoid somewhere near the bottom of the screen and put a
widget in it (An empty Grouping Plasmoid doesn't produce the bug)
3. Place a widget in between the panel and Grouping Plasmoid
4. End the session and log back in
OBSERVED RESULT
The widget between the Panel and Grouping Plasmoid changes size away from the
Panel
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget between the Panel and Grouping Plasmoid stays the same size when
logging in
