On a HD resolution (1920x1080), when the notes widget is embeded on a taskbar
and expanded, the resulting note is very small, making it useless.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Show desktop in 1920x1080 resolution
2.Embed notes widget in taskbar
3.Open notes widget
Actual Results:
Resulting note is so small thai is useless
Expected Results:
The resulting note should have a usable size
