does this problem goes away if you use a previous version of krita like 4.2.5
or 4.1.7?

for some ideas on what to try. Also check in preferences > display, that the
Canvas acceleration is set to "ANGLE" and not OpenGL as this later one might
cause problems.
And please if nothing helps reply with the contents of "Help > Show information
for bug reports".
