I ran pkcon and got as far as entering root's pwd. Then I got this message: Fatal error: E: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-updates/main amd64 libgl1-mesa-dri amd64 19.0.8-0ubuntu0~18.04.2 is not (yet) available (404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.91.24 80]) So it looks like something about the repository is still all hosed up.
