Another Arch Linux user reporting in. Running Plasma with default settings
(read: Breeze, with everything pristine and set to default) and after upgrading
to 5.17.0-1 in Arch, programs that use GTK 2 and GTK 3 look wonky. Firefox and
GIMP appear like this, with dark and bright elements mixed:
