Hi Nate first of all congratulations as always for the excellent work you do to
create and make always better Kde.
I would like to ask you how you could disable this behavior?
The "/usr/lib/DiscoverNotifier" process starts with "CGroup:
/user.slice/user-1000.slice/session-2.scope"
