SUMMARY
konqueror does not load the next called tab in the background although its
configuration says so. Do You think it's possible to fix this ?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. check the according box in the option dialog
2. start a new tab
3. look
OBSERVED RESULT
it will be opened in the foreground
EXPECTED RESULT
to do this in the background

Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: debian "buster" / 5.14.5.1-1 (?? if the package version
matches this)
(available in About System no or it must be very hidden)
