STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. set primary monitor horizontal and secondary monitor vertical, like in a L 2. secondary monitor is extended of primary OBSERVED RESULT mount on primary monitor, scroll all the way up, the mouse will disappear. if you try to drag a long window, you will see the horizontal monitor let you move the mouse up to the vertical monitor limit.
