Summary: [Wayland] Screens often reversed position after
                    suspend or boot

screenshot of display configuration system settings

SUMMARY

I have two monitors, both the same make/model which may be why detection is
intermittent, and the positioning seems completely arbitrary.

In kscreen I have set DP-3 to be on the left and DP-2 to be on the right with
DP-2 as my primary display (though this doesn't seem to be an option in
Wayland).

Intermittently, when booting or when resuming from suspend the order is
reversed: DP-3 is positioned on the right and DP-2 is positioned on the left. I
have to then manually open kscreen and reposition them.

It does not happen every time which makes me think it might be to do with which
one turns on/is detected first.

I created a new account in case it was old kscreen settings from my old X login
and it happens even if I have never logged into X on this account.

It does not happen in Xorg, only Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure the screens to be positioned left/right
2. Suspend/resume or reboot

OBSERVED RESULT

The screens frequently (~50% of the time) get switched.

EXPECTED RESULT

The configuration should be maintained through reboots and suspend/resume
cycles.
