Unfortunately not really. This is a request to list *all issues* affecting
oneself, and *only these*. As an issue triager, what you're suggesting would
show lots of "false positives" for me.

This is not about providing a clear link to "My Bugs". This rename is about
preventing *confusion* between "My Bugs" and the page requested. If there's a
link called "My Bugs" and another one called "My Issues" next to it, users will
wonder which one to use. Naming one "Issues affecting me" reduces confusion,
but to minimize it "My Bugs" should also be clarified.
