Correct Display

SUMMARY
When I configure my layout for my screens and restart my computer, Plasma
remembers my screen configuration in terms of screen rotation, I have one
portrait and one landscape but fails to keep the position of the screens. 

I have the portrait screen center with my landscape one but after a restart,
the portrait screen shifts up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two screens
2. Set left screen landscape
3. Set right screen portrait
4. Shift portrait screen to be center with landscape screen.
5. Restart

OBSERVED RESULT
The portrait screen position shifts up after a restart.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen positions stay the same after a restart
