I made sure to use the Breeze SDDM theme and Breeze cursors. I then Hit "Reset" settings to clear everything just in case. Result: I'm seeing the cursor theme in SDDM and the entry is there in the kde_settings.conf file. What would make the code fail is if there is nothing in the kcminputrc file.
