SUMMARY
The line tool does not resize with "[" or "]" hotkeys, similar to the ellipse
or rectangle tools
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose any brush
2. Try and resize with bracket hotkeys
EXPECTED RESULT
It is the only shape tool that cannot be resized with hotkey

Windows: 10
