patch to fix this problem

patch to fix this problem that android has maps function  but  valgrind doesn't
have the support for /proc/self/maps.
some files are modified:
      coregrind/m_main.c
      coregrind/m_syswrap/syswrap-linux.c
      coregrind/m_syswrap/syswrap-generic.c
      coregrind/pub_core_clientstate.h
      coregrind/m_clientstate.c
