SUMMARY
Applying the Edge Crop effect to a clip within the timeline works fine, but
applying it to a whole track has no effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Edge Crop to the track and set appropriate parameters.
OBSERVED RESULT
No effect
EXPECTED RESULT
Whole track should be cropped.

Linux: Fedora 31
