No. If Klipper is running, it has to be in your system tray, or else you would
have no means to interact with it and configure it. If you remove it from your
system tray, it won't be running, and this feature won't work.
If it bothers you, change its visiblity to hidden and then it will only appear
in the expanded pop-up.
