Interesting. Sorry this isn't working for you. I haven't heard of that
messaging app before. We've had one other report of trouble with the Moto
software but I don't know if it's that or the messaging app. I am marking it as
a duplicate of the bug where I'm keeping track of the other non-working
devices.
Feel free to try with a more "standard" SMS app, such as the built-in one or
Google Messages. If you do, and if it does work for you, please report back.
