SUMMARY
Opacity slider does not make window transparent.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Decrease opacity under context menu -> "Opacity"

OBSERVED RESULT
KRuler becomes darker and finally solid black for 0% "opacity".
EXPECTED RESULT
KRuler should become transparent.
