ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using a huion tablet (new 1060 plus) with the latest drivers but it doesn't
seem to be the tablet's fault, since it also happens when i'm using a mouse. I
have to manually switch to other tools since the shortcuts for the pan tool
don't work while it's stuck (both on my laptop's keyboard and tablet).
I attached a video where I tried to show the bug occuring. It switched and was
stuck holding the canvas (I wasn't pressing anything), then I tried to turn it
off by pressing shortcuts but it didn't do anything. I switched it but then it
was stuck again and this time I couldn't hold the canvas and then it got stuck
holding the canvas again.
