When I put my icons on the very upper left corner, the problem is gone completely! If I position them one grid cell down, the problems come again. https://i.imgur.com/Chzc0aj.png For now I made a shortcut with no icon and no name and this do the trick but it's a dirty solution you will agree. This doesn't solve the problems with moving icons if they are positioned somewhere on the desktop. If I create a text file for example and put it on a random place on the desktop but not bellow the other icons on the left, this text file will float on different positions at different circumstances like restart but not always.
