KAUTH_INSTALL_HELPER_FILES code uses the deprecated
DBUS_SYSTEM_SERVICES_INSTALL_DIR variable, which will not be set when
KDE_INSTALL_DIRS_NO_DEPRECATED is set, so the code will fail.
