Personally I hate this behavior because I like to have a clean System Tray that
shows a bare minimum of items and I use an Icons-Only Task Manager which makes
it no big deal to have a bunch of running minimized items.
However my preferences are not everybody's, and this behavior is common among
other apps that you might want to have running without cluttering up a
traditional Windows XP/Vista Task Manager like we ship by default.
Seems like a legitimate request.
