STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Firefox configured to use CSD
3. unmaximize Firefox window
4. click on minimize or restore/maximize or close buttons of Firefox window
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
all mentioned buttons work
